We Aim to fix any software problems within 24 working hours of being notified.

Tidy Technical Support is there to support you. Quite simply it's for your peace of mind. To use an analogy, as car owners we all hope that our car will never let us down.

Therefore it is a good idea to have accidental emergency breakdown cover for it. In fact most people do, so that they can get on with their daily business. We therefore offer the following options:

Software Support Option 1 Software Support Option 1 Software written by us is covered by our software guarantee for the first year of use. This support is free of charge.
Software Support Option 2: After the first year a 15% charge of the initial development cost is charged annually to support the software.

Software Support Option 3: We have in the past been pleased to support systems that have not been written by us. Please enquire should you require this service.

Full product support is always available during normal office hours and every incoming call is answered personally by a staff member. Outside of this time support is available by prior arrangement.
