Simply pay as you go, safe in the knowledge that Tidy fees are capped at a maximum of £2.50 per payment, and no more than a maximum of £20 per month. Plus standard Stripe fees.

- Simple Payment Processing: The app allows you to accept in-person payments using your phone, eliminating the need for a bulky card reader. Alternatively, Tidy automatically generates a digital invoice for every payment taken through the app, which you can send to your customer in a couple of clicks as soon as you mark the job as complete.

Getting started with Tidy is simple and quick. In minutes, you can be up and running, with Tap to Pay activated, and your first invoice ready to send. We’ve streamlined the process to ensure you spend less time on admin and more time doing what you love. We’ve made the process as user friendly as possible – because we’re all about working smarter not harder!
Tidy guides you through setting up:
- Download the Tidy App: Install the Tidy app on your device and login with your email and mobile number.
- Click the magic link: No passwords required - simply click the magic link sent to your email.
- Complete your profile: Add your name, photo, business name, and logo (optional) to personalise your invoices.
- Add customers and schedule jobs: Schedule your jobs in the bespoke work calendar to stay organised. Tidy uses this data to automatically generate an invoice once you mark the job as complete.
- Activate Tap to Pay*: Tidy guides you to set up Tap to Pay for fast in-person payments in a couple of clicks.
- Add a QuickBooks account for FREE: QuickBooks is included in our standard Tidy fee so that we can help you with your accounting too - with HMRC implementing filing tax returns quarterly over the next couple of years this feature can save you time and money.
